Chief Paul Schultz (MCJ) has 48 years of law enforcement experience, with 25 years as chief and 30 years experience as adjunct college faculty. He is a graduate of the FBI LEEDS, FBI LEEDA, FBI Command College, and PERF Senior Management Institute for Police management training programs. He has served as a consultant for over 100 cities in 5 states, is a certified expert witness, a designated Subject Matter Expert by the US Department of Justice and was president of the police chiefs associations of Colorado and Nebraska. Over 3,000 command officers have attended management training programs conducted by Chief Schultz.
